  • Cold water / chilled water outlet temperature

LTLT Pasteurizer:

  • Bath temperature (°C) — 63°C/30 minutes process
  • Batch number and volume
  • Hold time verification

  • Chemical concentrations and temperatures
  • Operator sign-off
